Spring Fly Tournament Date has Changed! 
The date of this event has been changed due to a conflict with the popular Grand River Big Fish Awards Picnic which will be held on April 6th. It has been changed so that OCBS members in the fly tournament can attend.

The new date for the last leg of the Fly Tournament is Sunday, March 30, 2008. If you are in this tournament and now have a schedule conflict with the new date please contact Joe Moravec or Tom Blotzer.

Grand River Big Fish Contest Sign Up

It's like an insurance policy, you never know when you are going to land the Big One. For the last two years the 1^st place winner has been paid $2,000.00. The prize money to pay out to the top 20 places!  The contest starts October 1^st and ends March 31^st.  The picnic will be April 6, 2008 across the street at the Senior Citizens Hall (nice facility).  Hope to see you this year.  Oh yeah, remember that anyone in the contest gets a 10% discount off all purchases in the store.

Series Tournament November 18th - Winner Monte Casey

Be sure to sign up at the next membership meeting if you plan on fishing in the club tournaments.  There is a $10 entry fee for each tournament that you enter and payment must be made when you sign up.
