Commercial Fishermen in Ohio Buy Out
OCBS
is supporting the buy out of the Commercial Fishermen in Ohio (20 years
late). We are asking all our members to
contact their representatives to insure the buy out vote in the next session of
the legislator, which starts in January.

2006 Westside Membership Meeting
This month is our
annual Christmas party. As you know this is a time to relax and enjoy
yourself. There will be great food, bar and raffles.
Reservations are required!
If you plan to attend contact Joe Morvaec
or Tom Blotzer and let them know. A head count is very important for
food preparations.

Fall
Series Tournament Results
The
water was high and dirty which seems to be the pattern of
weather for this years tournaments so far. Many of the anglers reported
they hooked several fish, but the size was not there. This event
winner is Dave Craddock with a two fish total of 62.25 inches.

Weight
doesn't matter on Tournament Day
Joel Rubal finished in 2nd
place
in the Series Tournament. Here is a picture of the
32.75" fish Joel caught tournament day. It was skinny and looked like
it had already spawned. The Rubal team, father Joe and son Joel, sorted through 23" to 25" fish
to get their fish to measure. By the way Joe finished 11th place. Congratulations!
